The Firm Portal includes a link to the full Help Center where you can find step-by-step articles for every feature. This article shows where to find it and how to use it.

What You Can Do
- From any page in the Firm Portal, look at the top navigation bar.
- Click the '?' (question mark) icon on the right side of the top bar.
- This opens the Help Center in a new browser tab.
- Use the search bar in the Help Center to find articles by keyword.
- Browse by module (e.g., Sales, Accounting, Firm Portal) using the category menu on the left.
💡 Good to Know: The Help Center is available at testaccounting.sumung.com/help — you can bookmark it for quick access.
💡 Good to Know: The Help Center contains hundreds of articles across all Sumung modules.
