What You Can Do
- Firm Portal (testaccounting.sumung.com): Used by Firm Owners and Staff to manage client businesses, subscriptions, branding, and team access.
- CFO12 App (app.sumung.com): Used by client business owners to manage their own invoices, expenses, bank accounts, reports, and financial data.
- As a Firm Owner, you can access a client's CFO12 workspace from the Firm Portal by clicking into their account.
- Direct your clients to the CFO12 app login page for day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
💡 Good to Know: Clients cannot access the Firm Portal — it is restricted to your team.
💡 Good to Know: You can customize the client-facing experience (logo, name) using Firm Branding settings.
