The Firm Portal is a white-labeled management console for accounting firms and financial advisors who use Sumung to service their clients. It is separate from the CFO12 client-facing accounting app.

What You Can Do
- The Firm Portal is accessed at your firm's unique subdomain (e.g., yourfirm.sumung.com).
- Firm Owners and authorized Staff members log in to the Firm Portal to manage clients, billing, and team settings.
- End clients (business owners) log in to the CFO12 app at app.sumung.com or via their invitation link.
- From the Firm Portal, you can view all client businesses, their subscription statuses, and their banking health.
- You can also configure your firm's branding, team access, and partner agreement from the Firm Portal.
💡 Good to Know: Your firm's portal URL is customizable — contact Sumung support if you need a custom domain.
💡 Good to Know: Client data in the portal is isolated — staff only see clients they are assigned to, unless they have Firm Owner access.
