What You Can Do

  1. On the Overview dashboard, review the four metric cards at the top: Total Clients, Active, Past Due, Banking Attention.
  2. Click any card to filter the client list to show only clients with that status.
  3. In the client list, each row shows the client's current subscription status badge.
  4. Active — client has a paid, current subscription.
  5. Trialing — client is in a free trial period.
  6. Past Due — client's payment has failed; they need to update their payment method.
  7. Inactive / Other — subscription has been canceled or expired.
  8. Pending Activation — client signed up but has not yet completed their first payment.

💡 Good to Know: Past Due clients have limited access to their Sumung account until their payment is resolved.

💡 Good to Know: You can send a payment reminder to Past Due clients directly from their client details page.

💡 Good to Know: Banking Attention is separate from subscription status — it flags clients with disconnected bank feeds.
