What You Can Do

  1. When you click 'Purchase X seat(s)', the dialog shows 'Estimated recurring after purchase: $X/month'.
  2. This is the new monthly recurring amount — not the immediate charge.
  3. The immediate charge for mid-cycle seats is prorated: (daily rate × days remaining in cycle).
  4. Your next full billing date shows the complete monthly amount including the new seats.
  5. Review your invoice in the billing history to see the prorated line item.

💡 Good to Know: Proration ensures you are never double-billed for seats you add mid-cycle.

💡 Good to Know: If you add seats on your billing renewal date, no proration applies — you are charged the full monthly rate.
